• Attend events you've committed to or cancel with appropriate notice
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

You agree not to:

• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Use the service for commercial solicitation
• Share inappropriate or offensive content
• Attempt to circumvent any security features
• Create multiple accounts or impersonate others

Events and Reservations

Finjan curates and organizes social experiences. By reserving a spot at an event:

• You commit to attending unless you cancel within the specified timeframe
• You agree to pay any applicable fees
• You understand that no-shows may result in account restrictions
• You acknowledge that event details may change with notice

Payments and Refunds

Event fees are processed through secure third-party payment providers. Refund policies vary by event and will be clearly stated at the time of booking. Generally:

• Cancellations made 48+ hours in advance receive full refunds
• Cancellations made 24-48 hours in advance receive partial refunds
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable
• Event cancellations by Finjan result in full refunds

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Finjan are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

Finjan provides a platform for social experiences. We are not responsible for the actions of other users or third-party venues. You participate in events at your own risk.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in conduct that we deem inappropriate or harmful to the community.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of Finjan after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
